George Baldessin

Born in Italy, Baldessin immigrated to Melbourne in 1949 before commencing his career as one of the country’s foremost artists. With exhibitions at NGA, NGV, AGNSW, and Heidi, we are proud to cast the multiple pear series which have an iconic place in Australia’s sculptural landscape.
